Automating processes is one of the quickest and most affordable ways a business can increase their efficiency. And helping businesses find ways to automate is one of my favourite things! I had a great opportunity with InCharge in 2015 – they’d set up a great system for clients to register with their webinars, but it involved a lot of manual data entry. Using Zapier, we were able to connect the web form, PayPal, MailChimp and GoToWebinar together to completely automate the sign-up and payment process, saving the team at InCharge hours of time.
